Membership Application Process:
- Open KANEKOJI's Line Official Account and select the “Member Card” menu.
- The system will navigate you to ChocoCRM. Click the “Authorize” button.
- Consent to provide personal information and choose “Next.”
- Enter your phone number to receive an OTP code for identity verification. Enter the code and select “Next.”
- Upon completing the identity verification step, choose “Start.”
- Access the personal information page, fill in all required details, and select “Next.”
- Upon completing the Membership application process, members can begin accumulating purchase points to unlock exclusive privilege.
Conditions for Kanekoji Membership tier upgradation and downgradation
1. Membership Level Upgradation Process:
The upgradation of KANEKOJI Membership is determined by the accumulated purchase amount made by customers each year. There are four levels: PLUS, EXCLUSIVE, PREMIUM, and ELITE. Membership levels are immediately upgraded when the accumulated purchase amount reaches the specified thresholds, granting instant access to the benefits associated with each level.
Accumulated Purchase Amount for Each Membership Level:
PLUS: Accumulated purchases ranging from 0 - 99,999 THB
EXCLUSIVE: Accumulated purchases ranging from 100,000 – 399,999 THB
PREMIUM: Accumulated purchases ranging from 400,000 - 999,999 THB
ELITE: Accumulated purchases of 1,000,000 THB and above
2. Membership Level Downgradation:
If the purchase amount falls below the threshold specified for each Membership level in any given year, the Membership level will be downgraded to correspond with that year's purchase amount.
3. Checking Accumulated Purchase Amount for Membership:
Members can verify their accumulated purchase amount on their Membership profile page through KANEKOJI's Line Official account. The process is as follows:
- Open KANEKOJI's Line Official Account and select the “Member Card” option from the menu.
- The system will navigate you to ChocoCRM; press the arrow button.
- View your accumulated spending.
