Customers have the option to reserve their desired products by making an initial deposit of 3,000 Baht. The remaining balance must be settled within 7 days.
If customers fail to complete payment for the reserved products within 7 days, the store reserves the right to withhold the deposit without exception.
Upon confirming the payment,We deliver products via EMS, which typically takes approximately 2-3 days, depending on the customer's address and province of delivery.
Customers can easily make a credit card installment payment through the Shopee app :

  2. Select the product you are interested in and click "Buy or Add to cart".
  3. Click "Payment option".
  4. Click "Credit card Installment".
  5. Click "Add credit card". If you have already linked a credit card, you can select the card you want to use.
  6. Select the bank of the credit card and the number of months you want to pay in installments.
  7. Click "Place Order".
Customers can opt for installment payments using credit cards through the Shopee app, with the credit card of the following eight banks:

Our store classifies the overall condition of our products into five levels as follows:
  • Brand New: These products are in brand-new condition, never used or taken out of their original packaging.
  • Used Like New: These items have been used only a few times and are in excellent condition, resembling new products.
  • Excellent: These products have seen minimal use and may have minor signs of wear
  • Good: These products have been in use for a considerable time, showing normal signs of wear. Some minor scuffs or fading may be present, but the products remain structurally sound and maintain their overall attractiveness.
  • Fair: These are items that have seen extensive use and exhibit visible signs of wear, including noticeable scuffs, faded colors, and softer leather. However, they are still fully functional for regular use.

The process of price evaluation typically involves several steps. Here's how it can be broken down:
  1. Send pictures of the products you wish to consign for an initial price assessment through our store's chat.
  2. The necessary images for an appraisal include:
    • Pictures of the product from all angles, both inside and outside.
    • Any product defects.
    • Accessories that come with the product.
    • The product's serial number or product release year
  3. Schedule a date and time for bringing the products in for a comprehensive evaluation at our store or you can also send them via courier.
  4. Our Brandname Specialist will inspect the condition of the products and all accessories to determine their value.
  5. The Brandname Specialist will provide a consignment price and the terms of consignment.
  6. We will prepare the consignment agreement and have the consignor sign it for certification.
If the consigned products have been purchased, the store will contact the consignor and transfer the payment within 10 business days, excluding weekends. Sellers can inquire about the status of their consignment products by sending a message through the store's chat or by calling the Brandname Specialist.
In case of selling products, After the store agrees to purchase the products from the seller, the store will transfer the purchase payment on the following business day. Payments will be processed every Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
You can send your products via Messenger for us to assess and provide an initial pricing evaluation. Please include your name and phone number so that our store can contact you for confirmation upon receipt. To expedite the appraisal process, We accept messengers to drop off products daily from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  1. Consigning products is free of charge. Our store will handle advertising, promotions, and discount campaigns without deducting any percentage from the customer, as we will add our markup separately.
  2. The minimum consignment period is 30 days (1 month).
  3. Once the product is sold, and the buyer has received it, our accounting department will contact you for payment within 10 business days excluding Saturday and Sunday.
  4. If the consignor retrieves their products before the minimum 30-day period, there will be a 10% penalty based on the consignment price (as stated in the contract).
The store will repurchase products at a price no lower than 60% of the purchase price within 30 days (1 month) or 60 days (2 months) in the case of consignment. The counting period starts from the date of purchase payment, provided that the products were originally purchased directly from the store
Certain products are not eligible for resale or consignment returns, including:
  1. Jewelry, shoes, and wallets.
  2. Products with damaged parts or irreparable defects.
You can return purchased products under the following conditions:
  1. In-Store Purchases: Products purchased in-store can be returned within 1 day of purchase. The replacement product must have an equal or higher price. If a product is purchased more than 1 day ago, the store will not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
  2. Online Purchases: Products purchased online can be returned within 3 days after receiving the product. To initiate the return, customers must notify us through the channel used for the purchase. If a product is received more than 3 days ago, the store will not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
  3. Otherwise, products cannot be returned for a cash refund.
We offer a KANEKOJI Membership program that allows free enrollment through our Line Official Account: @KANEKOJI. Members can accumulate points based on their annual purchase totals, with four membership levels available:
PLUS: Achieved with annual purchases ranging from 0 to 99,999 Baht.
EXCLUSIVE: Achieved with annual purchases ranging from 100,000 to 399,999 Baht.
PREMIUM: Achieved with annual purchases ranging from 400,000 to 999,999 Baht.
ELITE: Achieved with annual purchases of 1,000,000 Baht or more.
If a member's accumulated purchase total for products decreases from the previous year, their membership level for the following year will be adjusted to a lower tier based on their total purchase from the previous year.
For example, if a member achieved the Elite Tier in the previous year but only reaches the Exclusive Tier this year, when the next membership year begins, their membership Tier will be adjusted to Exclusive.
